The font for Classic HD can be downloaded here. It is a font called Friz Quadrata.

Soundtracks

I will only be linking the Classic HD soundtrack because you cannot find it online. I do not feel comfortable linking Pathologic 2 & 3's OST as they are officially available and I do not want to upload any pirated content, but if for some reason one day, there are not, you can find it here.
